The school provides a wide range of solutions for housing.

All are carefully selected, located in the immediate vicinity of the school, as well in areas connected to the city-centre by public transport.

Flat rate description:

Weekly flat rate fee means:

-          rent of single or double room

-          ingredients for continental breakfast, self service only

-          consumption (water, gas, electric current, heater)

-          use of kitchen for dinner only

-          cleaning of the room + bed/bath linen changed weekly,

-          general cleaning of common spaces

-          use of washing machine once a week (together with change of bed/bath linen)

Weekly flat rate fee do not include (but could be arranged with owners):

-          use of dishwasher and use of washing machine more than once/weekly

-          use of telephone and internet

-          preparation of meals

-          service of meals

Economic category

Room with bathroom to share with the owner or other guests. It’s simple furnished apartment located in the centre or higher level apartment situated just out of the centre but in the nearest external district (15-30 minutes from the centre by public transport).

HB supplement: 90,- € / week

Intermediate category

Room with bathroom to share with the owner or other guests. It’s well furnished and elegant apartment in/or out of the centre but in the nearest external district (15-30 minutes from the centre by public transport).

High level category

Room with bathroom at exclusive use.

It’s high level, elegant and superior apartments, located in the centre.

Flat rate description

Weekly flat rate fee means:

   bed/bath linen furnished

-        consumption (water, gas, electric current, heater)

-        initial cleaning before check in

Weekly flat rate fee does not include:

   use of telephone and internet

-        cleaning at the end, obligation, 60 €

-        extra cleaning during the stays (by arrangement with the owner)

Deposit

a deposit is required for some apartments to cover possible lost, damages, accident.

The deposit is  reimbursed at check out after the check of the apartment by the owner or by a responsible of the school.

If there is any damage, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

MONO or BILO apartment, located in different districts of the town, with different quality standards, from 2 up to 4 bed places.
