Deposit

a deposit is required for some apartments to cover possible lost, damages, accident.

The deposit is  reimbursed at check out after the check of the apartment by the owner or by a responsible of the school.

If there is any damage, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Locanda PALAZZO CICALA Hotel de Charme City Center
Location: The Hotel Palazzo Cicala, located just in front of the San Lorenzo cathedral, in the hearth of the city centre, near the main museums of Genova and also near Palazzo Ducale, the Universties of Genoa, the Carlo Felice theatre and the Old Harbour, where guests can visit the Aquarium or depart on boat tours of the Riviera di Levante to Camogli or Portofino. This Palazzo dates back to the mid sixteenth century, when the ancient Cicala family, which gave Genoa leaders, poets and cardinals, was at the height of its splendour.
Afterwards, the palazzo belonged to the De Mari nobles, and in the eighteenth century it was purchased by the Ferro family, who restored and refurbished it in sophisticated Rococo style.
From the end of the nineteenth century the palazzo was converted into offices; then in 2001 Locanda di Palazzo Cicala first opened.

Price per room

To book the hotel it is requested the credit card as guarantee or alternatively a prepayment. The amount will be paid as following: 30% in advance (minimum the value of the first night) as deposit together with 30% in advance for the course confirmation. The difference will be balanced at the school secretary the first day, while registering at school, together with the balance of the course fees.
The exceptions will be done for the hotel Assarotti** and hotel Metropoli***, which payment will be direct to the hotel when leaving.
For the Hotel 2STAR** you will be recognized 5% reduction only if booking will be made through A Door to Italy!!!!!
After confirmation, the booking can be cancelled, if communicated with enough time in advance: 5 working days before estimate check in time. For late cancellation after the 5th working day before estimate check in time or no show, the client will be charged only of the first night.

The rates are valid for all 2010, apart the period of the exhibitions.
