Schedule and delivery methods:

  • The courses do not take place on local and national holidays and as a rule we offer the possibility of recovering the lost day (s) or a discount of € 20.00 for each day of lessons lost due to holidays. We invite you to consult the public holidays in our calendar.
  • Lessons take place from Monday to Friday. In case of lessons on Saturday, a supplement of 15 euros per lesson is applied
  • In case of absence (for personal reasons) during the group lessons, no recoveries are foreseen.
  • Individual lessons, whose calendar is flexible and modifiable, must be cancelled or moved upon notice within 24 hours prior to the lesson itself.
  • The face-to-face lessons, both in groups and individually, in case of force majeure (rare event, beyond the control and the will of the school board) can be carried out online. In this case, the school is required to formally notify the participants and explain the reasons for this need. Absences during these lessons are counted as absences during face-to-face courses.
  • The Institute reserves the discretionary right to move the Student from one course level to another, in the event of difficulty in learning and/or due to the school’s didactic-logistic and/or class management requirements.
  • The carrying out of the course in a group requires the participation of at least 4 students. To guarantee the quality of the courses, even if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the School undertakes to deliver the course at the established level, but in different ways: 3 participants = 15 lessons per week; 2 participants = 10 lessons per week; 1 participant = 5 lessons per week. In this case it is understood that the price does not change from the list price for the group with 4 participants.

3 - Accommodation

The school does not directly manage student accommodation, but makes use of external suppliers, verifying the quality of the service offered.
Accommodation bookings are handled by the school which acts as an intermediary between the student and the service provider. The school undertakes to provide complete information and the relative cost and to complete the booking in the name and on behalf of the client. Payment and check in are made by the student directly with the owner.
As an intermediary, the school is not responsible for damages of any kind, whether suffered or caused by the student, or for any disservices on the part of the accommodation provider. The school is therefore unable to make refunds or discounts on its own initiative unless authorized by the service provider.

4 - Study Visa

Students who need an entry visa to Italy for exclusive study reasons can have more information on the dedicated web page http://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en, they must also contact the Italian consular authorities of their country to complete the necessary formalities.
After having received in advance the full payment, the school will provide via email or regular mail the registration certificate and other documentation that the embassy deems necessary in order to issue the study visa.
Within 8 days of arrival, the student is obliged to report to the police station to obtain a permit of residence. Information and assistance will be available once you arrive in Italy and start the course.

  • If the student does not obtain the entry study visa to Italy, he must submit a formal letter of denial issued by the competent authority. In this case, the school will return the entire sum received, excluding administrative expenses in the amount of 250.00 euros. Any bank charges incurred for returning the money are charged to the recipient.
  • If the student, after obtaining the visa, decides, for personal reasons, to cancel the course booking, then he / she must request the revocation of the visa, providing the school with a copy of the letter issued by the Italian Embassy. In this case, the school will return the entire sum received, excluding administrative expenses in the amount of 250.00 euros. Any bank charges incurred for returning the money are charged to the recipient.
